Important Warning

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your game progress, achievements, purchases, and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Use the same email address you use to sign in to CubeCandy

Subject Line

Use "CubeCandy Account Deletion Request" as the subject

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours

Deletion Timeline

  • Request confirmation: Within 48 hours
  • Account deactivation: Within 7 days
  • Complete data deletion: Within 30 days
